By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hbaju platform — including but not limited to the website at hbaju.net, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, or any services offered through the platform — you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and that you agree to be legally bound by them in their entirety.

These Terms constitute the complete and binding legal agreement between you and hbaju ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all users of hbaju services, regardless of whether the user is a registered account holder or a casual visitor browsing the platform.

• Duplicate account creation
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from any financial institution relating to a transaction on the account

Voluntary Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected].
